Create an analytics dashboard

Analytics supports custom reporting dashboards. The example finds users who have never logged in and opens the matching list.

1. Expand Analytics and select Analytical Reporting.

2. Select ADD DASHBOARD, enter Sample as the dashboard name, and select Add. Open Sample.

3. Select Add Tile. In Select question, choose Never Logged In.

4. Enter Never logged in in Add tile name, choose Yes under Options, and select Add.

5. Review the resulting tile. In the demonstration it shows 4 users and 66.67%.

6. Select View to open the matching users.

Note  With an alert template already set up, the matching users can receive an alert by email, text, or both.
