The Questions page lists the available script questions. The overview opens a simple service-animal question with Yes and No answers and an allergy example with additional choices. Questions and scripts can be customized, but detailed authoring is a separate training topic.
Note Contact VIF before creating a new script or adding questions. VIF may be able to supply an existing script template with its questions already prepared.
