How to update your personal information

You can update your name, birth date, email address, phone number, and other personal details from Profile Info on your Personal Profile page.

If you are the caregiver—for example, you set up an account for yourself—you may also need to update your information in Care Circle. Review both locations to keep your information current.

Update your Profile Info

Profile Info is the main location for changes to your personal information. See Figure 1.

1. On the Personal Profile page, select the pencil icon to the right of the Profile Info heading.

2. Edit the information you want to change.

3. Select the Save disk icon in the upper-right corner of the page to save your changes.

Update your Care Circle information, if needed

If you also have a caregiver entry in Care Circle, check that entry and update it as needed. See Figure 2.

1. Open Care Circle, find your account in the Members list, and select the “i” information icon in the upper-right corner of your entry.

2. Select Edit Member.

3. Edit the information you want to change.

4. Select Save at the bottom of the page. In Figure 2, this button is labeled Update.
