How to Log In to the VIF Administrator Panel

You need a username (your email address) and password to access the administrator panel.

You cannot create an administrator account yourself. Contact your organization’s account administrator to have an account set up for you.

1 Open the login page

Go to admin.vifcare.com/login.

2 Enter your login information

Enter your email address and password, then select the sign-in button.

If this is your first time signing in, use the password assigned to you.

3 Secure your account

After your first login, change your assigned password. For additional protection, set up multi-factor authentication (MFA), which adds an extra verification step when you sign in.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot Password? at the bottom right of the login page and follow the prompts. Password reset instructions will be sent to you.
