Typically, one script focuses on information needed during an emergency. Although it is not mandatory, we strongly recommend answering every question so caregivers and responders have the information they need to support the Care Recipient.
If you see only one script, aim to answer every question. Review your answers periodically and update them whenever needs or circumstances change.
Many other scripts are optional and can be completed over time. Your organization determines which scripts are available, and you can return whenever needed to add or update information.
