Account Registration



This section applies only to organizations using the simplified account
pre-registration option.

Pre-registration Auto E-mail





This setting controls whether users receive an email when their account is
created through Account Registration in the administrator panel.

 * ON: An email is automatically sent to notify the user of their new account
   registration.

 * OFF: An automatic registration notification email is not sent.

Recommended default setting: ON, so users are notified when their account is
registered.

Acc# Length



This setting specifies the maximum number of characters allowed in an account
number created through Account Registration in the administrator panel.

Recommended setting: Match the maximum length used by your organization’s
account numbering system.

Acc# Format





This setting controls which characters are allowed in account numbers created
through Account Registration in the administrator panel.

Choose the format that matches your organization’s account numbering system:

 * String: Letters only. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.

 * Number: Numbers only. Letters and special characters are not allowed.

 * AlphaNumeric: Letters and numbers. Special characters are not allowed.

 * Other: Any characters are allowed, including letters, numbers, and special
   characters.
   
   

Recommended setting: Select the format defined by your organization’s account
numbering requirements.
