# Someone invited me to be part of their Care Circle. How do I see their account?

How you access the person’s account depends on whether you already have a VIF
account.


IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A VIF ACCOUNT

 1. You should receive a message similar to the example below

 2. Open the VIF Care app and log in.

 3. On the main page, find Active Accounts (which is the page you land on).
    
    
    
    

 4. Find the person’s account. If you have access to several accounts you may
    need to scroll down to see more.

 5. Tap the account to open that person’s Personal Profile page.


IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A VIF ACCOUNT

 1. If needed, download the VIF Care app.

 2. Follow the instructions in your Care Circle invitation to sign in.

When you log in, VIF will take you directly to the Personal Profile page of the
person who invited you.

Note: If you have the app installed but do not have a VIF account, follow this
second set of instructions.
