# Users and Profiles

Users are individuals who use the app. Profiles are the actual VIF accounts; an
account can have multiple users associated with it.



Use the two tabs to view each perspective.



1. Select Users in the left menu. On the Users tab, Include Care Circle Users
brings care-circle users into the list.

2. Review the CR and CC buttons under User Profiles. Their tooltips identify
Care Recipient and Care Circle. Select one to open the associated profiles.

3. Select the Profiles tab to see the VIF accounts, their associated users, and
active or inactive status.
