# Import/Export/Utilities

Import/Export/Utilities

The Import/Export/Utilities section contains configuration settings and tools
for exporting account information.

REGISTRY FORM MAPPING AND API (DISPATCHER) MAPPING

Two configuration areas are available:

 * Registry Form Mapping – Links fields used on the organization's registration
   page to the appropriate information within VIF.

 * API (Dispatcher) Mapping – Controls how information is mapped and passed from
   VIF to the dispatcher.

VIF presets both Registry Form Mapping and API Mapping as part of your
organization’s initial configuration.

> Important: There is no need for your organization’s administrator to change
> these settings.

EXPORT ACCOUNTS

The Export Accounts utility allows administrators to download a list of accounts
in your organization’s registry and their associated details. This is the best
way to obtain a complete list of all accounts in your registry.

The exported information can then be opened in Microsoft Excel for review,
reporting, or further analysis.

1. Select Import/Exports/Utilities from the left menu, then select Export
Accounts.

2. Set the Created Dt date range for the accounts you want to include. In the
example, the date range is 09/01/2026 through 09/24/2026. The Acct# and Last
Update Dt fields are left blank.

3. Set Scripts to NO. In the example, the following options are also set to NO:

 * Script Answered

 * Include Questions Not Answered

 * Include Inactive Accounts

4. Select Download. The export request will appear in the results table with a
status of In - Progress while the file is being prepared.

5. Select the refresh icon in the Link column to check the status of the export.
When processing is complete, a download link will become available.

Select the link to download the file, then open it in Microsoft Excel.

to NO, and an export request in progress.

READ THE EXPORTED FILE

The exported Excel file provides information about the registered accounts
included in your selected date range. Depending on the account information
available, the file includes:

 * Account identifiers

 * Active status

 * Account creation and update dates

 * Names

 * Contact information

 * Other account details

The exported file can be used for reporting, account review, and further
analysis in Excel.
