# What can I store in Media?

Use Media to keep photos, videos and audio relevant to the individual’s care and
experiences.

Examples include:

 * A physical or occupational therapist demonstrating an exercise.

 * Instructions for applying a brace or using adaptive utensils.

 * Photos or videos from activities and events.

 * Meaningful memories.

Recordings of care instructions can provide a useful reference at home.
