# What does the suitcase with a cross mean?

This icon opens your care instructions hub (also referred to as: VIF Care
Planning). It contains questionnaires called scripts covering health
information, lifestyle preferences, critical care instructions, and other care
needs.



This feature is optional by organization and may not be available for your
account.



Choose the scripts that apply to you—you do not need to complete every script.
Update your answers whenever your needs or preferences change.



Each script includes multiple-choice questions. You can also add details to
individual questions using:

 * Written text

 * An audio recording

 * A video recording

These answers help care providers understand your individual needs and
preferences.
